It is made out of 57% cotton, 40% Polyester, and 3% Spandex. It has a nice linen lining and is great for dress up or dress down. It is the perfect topping to your little black dress.

Womens or jr size?

I believe it is a jr's. size XL. I normally wear a Med in ladies, so this should fit anyone who where's a small or Medium Ladies. I don't know about a large in Ladies. If it doesn't fit you can always donate it. I have large shoulders, so I wear a large or XL in Jr. jackets.
