As far as i know it is.
Got it from jewelry store, but I can't see markings if they are there.

I have this ring and believe it to be real crushed turquoise. Also, I am highly allergic to costume jewelry and this ring does not cause an allergic reaction. I believe it to be Sterling without markings. Native Americans are not required to stamp their jewelry.
