yes these do have a mic on them too but i didnt use them with a phone so I never used the mic but i contacted beats and was assured that mine are legit so if you dont want to bid dont cuz I dont sell bs stuff here.

yes bought them new but I prefer headphones so only used them a few times and like to have 1 pr good buds at all times just in case I dont want the bulky h/ phones but I just got tour 2.0 's so fig put these up here, but they were very lightly used and sound great and are very loud with great base.

I feel your pain Brian....People are getting crazy with arguing and telling you all about your items that YOU are selling....Great Auction and I will be bidding....I just got scammed and I will be asking for my credits back from this person tonight if my Beats I won are not here....I wanted them for my son for Christmas and I won the beats and now the lady gave me a fake tracking number and when I asked her about it she said she got mixed up gave me another tracking number of something shipped that was not even close to where I live and now she either blocked me or deleted her account...I am in a bind to find Beats so I will bid all I have to try and win these...

yep had seller do exact same thing to me on galaxy s4, fake tracking then resent another fake tracking # ,,I have only had 1 customer bad feedback claimed he didnt get because I didnt have tracking and it was when I 1st started and didnt know to put tracking on everything even tho 4 outa my 1st 5 sales didnt have # and I never got item back and he says never got it. no they wont switch it cuz it says it is in use and when you call them they tell you that there are a lot of the same model that say in use with same # , you are welcome to call beats and ask yourself but thats the best I can tell you
