The listing, Newborn Papoose wrap has ended.

These are hand knit and made to order, it takes approximately a week to make them. Simply wrap the baby in a receiving blanket and slip it in the bag, it stays wrapped and comfy with no cold hands or feet. You receive one wrap and hat. They measure about 18 1/2 inches long and about 14 inches around before any stretching of the yarn. THESE ARE NOT FOR SLEEPING and made after you win. Colors vary, please specify boy, girl, or neutral.

Yes, I make them short because babies keep their knees bent for so long after birth. I make them to your request when possible.

We are loving the wrap you have made for us! It is below zero in our area, And we do not have even heat in our homes, so the wrap is a blessing. I am thinking we may need a second one about 2-3" longer to get us through the first few weeks. Our baby is just 6 days old... Doing great and keeping warm and snuggly! Thank you so much!

Yes, they can be made longer, but most babies keep their knees bent for the first 3 months and slide down into them.
