The listing, Beautiful Ornamental Pepper Plant Seeds has ended.
This plant is beautiful and gives a lot of seeds. Just pick off the wilting peppers and allow to dry. Made packs with 30+ seeds. Will give you plenty of plants. I grow them in pots but in warm climates they can grow outside too.
How to plant
Ornamental pepper plants need a 5-inch container for planting individual seeds or a growing tray with separate cells to grow more than one plant. Fill the container to within 1 inch of the rim with your planting medium. Plant the seeds 1/4 inch deep and cover the seeds with soil. '
Water the seeds well and keep the soil moist until the seeds germinate. The seeds need warmth to germinate, so place the container in a bright window and where the temperature is at least 75 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Germination takes about two weeks.
Growing Requirements
Provide the ornamental pepper seedlings with bright light or natural sunlight. Pepper plants prefer a moist soil but suffer damage from a planting medium that is waterlogged. Ornamental pepper seedlings grow spindly, with a weak stalk, if there is insufficient light. Adjust the light or move the peppers to an area where they get more sun to correct the problem. Transplant the pepper plants to individual containers when the second set of true leaves forms. Transplant the plants into the garden when nighttime temperatures stay above 55 F. The ornamental pepper plants need at least two feet of space between plants.
