Very nice. My husband served in Nam and was a screaming eagle. He recently passed away but I am sure he would have LOVED this. Thanks for your service and your family's service for our country. Good luck with your auction and God bless
Oh wow. Thanks for sharing his story. I was very touched you stopped in and said hello to me. Thanks also for your sacrifice and for honoring your husband by sharing a kind word. God bless you as well.
haha its interesting talking to people who serve in the armed forces they always have stories to tell ive met some veterans they've told me stories about what its like serving
I was in the Air Force for over 5 yrs and my husband is still active Army after 25 years. Got a sister in the Air Force for 16 yrs and my brother was in the Army for almost 4 yrs. Dad retired Army 10 yrs ago.
Nice ring, I was a Ranger from 1992-2001 and I was actually in the 101st Airborne for a short period. Those are some great guys with a great tradition!!!!
Thanks, yes very true. My husband is die hard Airborne, he actually was sent back early from Iraq after 7 months because he tore something in his knee from jumping. He woke up in the landstuhl hospital. He has since had 2 surgeries on his right knee and one surgery on his left.
you don't get points from clicking the boxes, but I wish we did! i would have a ton by now! lol I also served and the airplanes they jump out of are not always Air Force as the Army has their own planes and pilots! ;) I served 6 years in Army, my hubby was Navy, my Dad was Air Force and my daughter is entering the Air Force as we speak... So nice to see Military paraphenalia on Listia!
So true! So true! The pilot that died with the 31 people and the Navy Seals the other day was Army. You are right! Wow, a complete military family. Thats awesome. Its quite an experience.
