No but you can purchase one anywhere for around $8. Yes it takes a standards sd card.

To charge it, you have to take the battery out and put it on the charger. It's confusing, but do you kind of get what I'm saying? Lol

i suppose i should have asked before bidding, but do the batteries need to be removed to charge them? or as long as I have a cable I can charge them with them in the camera?
