how sharp are the edges?

I have them on my lani screen and on the fridge and we have kids in all the time and no one has been hurt.
I would say they are no more dangerous than a glass ornament, if you have very samll children in the house I would put them higher up the tree like I would glass balls.. Let me know if you want me to look for the pepsi cans
