Hi you say about 4 items is it like 4 single items as in 4 red beads or 4 items as in 1) beads 2) charms etc.

You get four separate items!
if it is just jewelry you get one piece, if it is the supplies for make\ing jewelry you get it by the bag. if it is the crystals you either get some in a bag, or a nice size one. Hope this helps!
