I'm not sure if it's real or not but, what appears to be a Dooney and Burke leather purse.

does it have an interior white label with red printing of DOONEY AND BOURKE logo name on the front side, and on the back of it, a registration number with a mix of letters and numbers?

No, I don't see any of those on the purse.

it would be inside the bag, although some vintage dooney & bourke do not have that registration label.

If it has a little rectangle white almost silk like tag like thing on the inside pocket then its fake, but the authenticity tag the red white and blue tag could have been removed or underneath the inside pocket ,some dooneys inside pockets. R removable.
