came in vintage estate sale- unsure of age, Avon is the manufacturer , good overall shape-size 1.75" brooch pin shiny front looks porcelain, back looks ceramic has Avon on back, good condition & shape, no marks

I have the same brooch I believe it's ceramique with glaze I don't see any plastic on it.
It's from the 1950's it was issued in the winter catalogs.
