It contains methyl cinnamate, the same chemical that gives cinnamon its flavor.[6] Cinnamon basil has somewhat narrow, slightly serrated, dark green, shiny leaves with reddish-purple veins, which can resemble certain types of mint, and produces small, pink flowers from July to September. Its stems are dark purple. Cinnamon basil grows to 18–30 inches tall. 15 plus seeds

On this auction, Im not doing a gin, I want the auction to play out to see if others desire these seeds, if so as they go to seed Ill collect more then I will consider a gin on these particular basil seeds.

I love cinnamon basil ! It is so aromatic & it helps keep those pesty animals away that are always trying to eat my bulbs or simply dig holes through my garden .

It is extremely aromatic. Even after seeds were picked the plant material where the seeds were after stay out and drying the aroma stays, intoxicating :)

I didnt even know there were seeds i feel dumb lol & my plant was HUGE at the end of the season it was starting to fall over especially after a rainfall it was almost 3 feet high!

Maybe because its cooler where u live and nice and moist, were hitting between 107 & 112° where I am in tucson right now just about everything is bolting and going to seed at times certain plants go to seed when the temperature rises especially when the heat comes on hot and fast almost eveything bolts and goes to seed. Thats amazing ur basil has got so HUGE!
