to njb, and anyone else that wonders, absolutely NO emulation program is illegal, the onlytime they consider it as such is when someone downloads ROM files (the games themselves) but do not own an actual physical copy of the game itself in some way, so NO this is not illegal, because it is just a way to emulate a game not the game itself. still a great auction

I can vouch for zardon and and everyone else on this. As long as you aren't downloading games you don't officially own yourself, using homebrew, emulators, jailbreaking, and anything of the sort is protected under the DMCA(Digital Millenium Copyright Act), so as such, this auction is perfectly legal. I have a jailbroken PSP, so I speak from experience.

You can run homebrew on it,I have one of these,I used it so much it has problems loading sometime xD I loved it so much,it still works sometimes after the 6 years I had it.
