1 pair of brand new never worn set of curved barbells with notched spike or mushroom type ending. The bars are steel but Im unsure of exactly what kind of metal or metal mix the ends are made from. It could be steel but (in the pieces I have and use) it seems like a lighter (in weight) kind of metal.
