I have a few vintage pieces and sizing is a bit on the small end, am I correct? I mean they tend to fit smaller than the size? Can you please confirm this? Also I am wondering about the length on this one. Does it hit the knees or go below? Than you. :)

Yes they are. Very small this is a reproduction and it is also small fits like a medium sized and is bel o w the knee
