real diamonds. marked 10 kt and ADL. i assume its the makers mark. I'm guessing its between 1/4 and 1/2 carat but I'm not positive. this is a very pretty piece i simply dont wear it anymore. Have it cleaned and put it in a box...voila..instant christmas gift!! Lol. Use the gin and get the 18 inch box chain. thanks for looking and happy bidding!
