I got this here from Listia, but I thought it would be larger... I'm just used to carrying x-large totes, so this isn't for me. Now someone else can win this beauty!

This bag hasn't been around smoke while in my possession & didn't smell like smoke when I received it. I have also personally cleaned this bag with professional cleanser. No rips, marks, or anything else that would be considered damage to the bag.

First picture are of stock photos, to show different angles & views to wear the bag. The last 2 photos are of actual bag.

I ship my bags 2 Day Priority with tracking, within 1-2 days of auction ending. I ONLY ship within the US & to Listia verified addresses. I offer free shipping on all of my auctions.

You're exactly right, it was due to the contents. There was supposed to be more items with the sale/auction. I don't believe the seller handled the situation well, at all. The seller made no attempt at correcting the problem, even tho the seller still had my address. I personally felt that the seller disregarded everything once they had their credits. It didn't have anything to do with the bag itself tho. The bag is very pretty & was described accurately. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask :-)
