Brooch is vintage but is still in excellent vintage condition.
Made of gold tone metal and set with pretty faux pearl beads.
The designer name "PELL" is signed on the back (is hard to see because is under some of the gold tone metal ).
Size is 1&3/4"across.

Condition: Excellent
