Any scratches or flaws we should be aware of?

Thanks for asking. I cleaned them and held them up to the light and there are minor scratches. When I put them on it did not affect the vision. I think it would be nearly impossible to have a pair of used glasses without minor scratches.

Are the arms tight? meaning= are they stretched out?

They are tight - not stretched. I didn't wear them much. I had to get a pair of "fit-overs" to wear over top of my prescription glasses.
