Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis burst onto the show business scene in the late 1940s and early 1950s. They were a phenomena! In the 1950s they thrilled audiences on TV's Colgate Comedy Hour with hilarious comedy routines in their uniquely manic way. With Martin as is singing straightman and Louis as the zany comic, the duo were to become one of Hollywood's truly great teams.
