To clear up any questions about the SIM card.... This phone is Verizon. Verizon wireless does not use Sim cards. And in other news, I've had several different versions of the Palm Treo and this exact one is actually in my line of sight as I type this. Just to let every one know, its a great phone. I've used one for years and each time it gets the blue screen of death (phone dies of old age, its very sad) I buy another of the exact same thing. The phone isn't fancy like the new smartphones out there but its like a mini computer. It IS a smartphone so you must have a smartphone plan but it doesn't play youtube videos or things like that. You can put music on it and the Palm Treo comes with PDF, Windows Media, Microsoft Word and has a slot for a regular sized SD card (I keep my music on those and switch them out depending on what I'm in the mood for). Its a wonderful phone, extremely handy, and INCREDIBLY durable! I've dropped mine so many times I can't even remember and it still works perfectly. Can't say that for the other phones I've tried off and on through the years...
