@jennifer1204 : i only list this way because i have had several people bid and never respond to the auction. this takes away from someone who actually wants the item . its not fair to do that to people and it takes my time to relist so yes...if you bid and DO NOT respond then your credits would be kept. it is a persons right to bid or not bid. that is entirely up to you, but leaving rude comments....just got you blocked.
