These single codes will provide 100 DMR points each (200 points total), but no digital copies of the movies.

No code slips/inserts will be mailed out. Also, since these are unused one-time-use-only codes, once sent I cannot provide a refund for codes which you will have received & redeemed.

Please bear in mind that Disney only allow you to enter one code per title AND media format. Therefore you can enter up to 4 codes per title. Here is an example from the MonstersU release:
