This looks like the old milk beads..it is really adorable..gold,pearly white,aqua colored beads with gold chain. 7 inches long with clusters all the way around it.

it doesn't matter if its from smoke free or not, all items of this type r easy to clean with a sprayer of diluted vinegar or alcohol. sorry, ex smoker trying to make a point, if the sender sprays it before sending it, then all is good. fanned, bid and watching :)
