FREE: Handmade Crochet Triangle Merlin's Robe Cowl/Scarf

This cozy cowl is handmade by me in Yarn Bee Whimsy bulky yarn. The color is called Grapevine (I think, I can't find the yarn label). The colors are a pretty purple and greenish blue. The color variations are subtle and unique. The colors are best represented in the last two pictures.The yarn is thick and super squishy! I've added a round translucent brown and blue button for closure. This cowl is my own design in Tunisian crochet.
Tunisian crochet is a woven-like version of knit and crochet in harmony (it is actually worked on a crochet hook, though, not knitting needles). It's very warm!

The label says machine washable and dryable but I'd play it safe and hand wash and lay flat to dry to avoid shrinking.

This would make a great gift. It's never too early to start thinking about the holiday season.

This item comes from a non smoking home. I do have a dog but all of my crochet goodies and yarns are kept in my craft room away from my fur son.
