It came with a PSP camera (not included in auction) I ordered from japan, but I have no need for this software. It is guaranteed to work perfect. I played around with it a little when I first got it, I even found an English user manual online but that was years ago so I don't remember where it was. Has been kept in the case for over 3 years.
