I'm sorry, but I don't play the "fanning game". A fan is SUPPOSED to be earned, by offering good stuff, free shipping, good communication, and quick shipping....not just traded. So, if you happen to have some positive dealings with me, then, yes, I would appreciate you becoming a fan of mine....because I EARNED it! The same would be true if the roles were reversed. If I had some positive dealings with you, then I would most certainly become a fan of yours. That is the whole INTENT of "fans". I've had some discussions with Listia about this subject, and they admit that this "fanning game" has gotten entirely out of hand. It is NOT what they intended!...but they don't know how to stop it. Let me give you one small example. I noticed one person that had been a member of Listia for NINE days, had NO listings, NO purchases.....and had 437 fans. What's wrong with that picture? Having fans has lost its meaning because of this. So, again....I'm sorry, but I don't play the "fanning game".
