I'm sorry for some reason my answers aren't showing on here so I will try again.The green stone is not chipped or broken however three of the small rhinestones are missing from the side...

I'm not sure if its fixable or not, thats why I said scrap, maybe the green stone could be used in something else if the ring is not fixable. The green stone is very pretty with lots of shine...
