Let me start by saying that I collect foreign currency, but I don't "know" anything about it. We just like to look at it. I buy lots off of eBay from time to time and end up with extras. I believe this is uncirculated and authentic. There is a really nice watermark visible within the frame and it shows more detail when you hold it up to the light. There is also a security strip visible in the pictures. I really can't tell you more than that, but if you have questions I will certainly try my best to answer them. Nice looking, crisp bill. i think that's a typo.. docntion? i am not sure what you might mean if it's a collector's term. i don't have any idea of the age. there is no date that i can find in our numerals. like i say, i just buy these in large lots. i collect purely to look at the stuff. no idea of value or background.
