Laughs I've got to finally get my own list of conditions together. I've had pretty good luck so far but that's mainly because I try to ship out ASAP (normally the very next day or at lest by the second day after the close of the auction) and ALWAYS putting tracking on packages.

You might want to add a I won't lower days or shipping (if you charge shipping on your auctions) section to your conditions. (If you want to of course not saying you have to though)

I've had a couple of folks do the awwww but I don't have but XXX amount of cash in my checking account couldn't you please lower shipping for me before on some my auctions. I've seen folks beg ohhh I could do it right now if you put this amount of GIN for me.

I've left the option open before on some of my auctions to add a GIN if no bids have been placed but some items I don't want to do that because I'm not sure what it could go for, you know? lol

Sorry to write a book on your auction I just start writing sometimes and well there you go lol :-)

Thanks Jamie---I actually think you are VERY right in adding "I will not lower days or dismiss shipping fees".... That would certainly help out some of the silly questions and childish banter I tend to get on some of my auctions. I always tell them the same, I will NOT lower days simply because I also do Ebay and these auctions coincide with my Ebay items and mailing/shipping is same day.
I too have several items I have thought of listing on here, but I would ask for shipping cost, simply because this site does get EXPENSIVE quickly in regards to mailing cost(s)....and also asking a few $ for a Brand new jacket or shoes is NOT unreasonable! I do wish people understood this....I remember an auction not too long ago, a user was asking $5 for 2,500 piece Lego (set) OR use GIN for 9,000 and ppl were just furious over her GIN and shipping amount...Its like us Sellers cannot win sometimes! LOL
But again, Thank you so much for your words, because I was hoping I didn't sound too harsh or mean, I just try to avoid all the silly questions on my auctions. :) And I do tend to get irratated very quickly at some comments left not only on my auctions but others I see as well....It drives me bonkers! LOL

Uggghhh Some of the comments I've seen lately just infuriate me because they are so rude. Laughs It drives me Bonkers too lol :-) Glad we have the Listia Facebook page to vent sometimes.

I've seen strange outright What the Heck were they thinking auctions lately like I seen LIVE PUPPIES up for auction REALLY?!? Shakes my head I was like so what are they going to mail them? :-s Even had one person reply to my FB post about it that yeah you could ship puppies?!? There are some real doozies on here sometimes.

I was going to bid on one person's auction but someone had commented something snippy like I see you have time to list more auctions but can't be bothered to reply to a dispute or something along those lines.

I told the person who made that comment. That it sounded like a conversation for mail not something to leave in that seller's comment page on a different auction.
Don't get me wrong I'll leave negative feedbacks if a seller deserves it but it should be left in the feedback section and not dragged all over their other auctions.

I always check feedback and actually READ the FEEDBACK because sometimes a Positive feedback is only positive because the other person got their credits back.

I agree, feedback speaks volume on any auction site.....There are times though where even myself, have received unfair/retaliatory feedback due to an "unhappy & buyers remorse" kind of customer. But I know in the end, the TRUTH always seeks its way out.....and on here especially, I think there are many people who just do not comprehend certain facts & things about items being shipped and ESPECIALLY for FREE. I think "greed" plays a very a big part on Listia, because 95% of items are given away and SOME users just except things to magically happen. {Ex: I haven't received my item"...Um, its ONLY been 24 hours since you WON} There is a lot of nonsense that goes on here that would not happen on Ebay or Amazon...I also think its due to allowing 13 & 14 yr olds on here-which I REFUSE and will not enter into any contractual agreement with.......But I LOVE Listia, its a GREAT site, an addicting one at best....and I am WAYYYYY off the topic and totally rambling', LOL........:) :) Hugs!
