These are a pair of womens Leisure style pants is what i call them. They are super comfortable and were purchased on vacation in hawaii. They are made by a brand/designer called Tori Richard and they are a Size L. They have a elastic part only on the middle part of the waste in the back so they wont sag or fall from your waste. so that makes it really nice cause the front of the pants have no elastic waste band which to me i think looks better. They also have a draw string in the front as well. there pretty long but of course can always be altered to fit whatever length you need them to be. the waste laying flat is 36 inches but it can stretch probably another 2 inches if needed. if you have any questions please feel free to ask.
