No there is no minutes on it . It has to reconnected by who ever gets it . All you do is buy the prepaid refill card dial 611 tell them you just got the phone they will ask you what plan you want and give you a phone number then you add your mins.

it will come with 2 car chargers. It's about $10 to get a house charger you can get one at walmart
