Yes these are brand new and in original packaging. I just purchased the "bubble mailer" so I could ship the scissors to any of my bidders. Thank you for your interest!

I am charging the same shipping price as described above. ($4.95) I am paying for the mailer out of my own pocket. I am also paying for "Delivery Receipt Confirmation" from my own pocket, so that the winner can receive a tracking number from USPS, beings they normally do not provide one. I understand this auction site uses a point system only, so I try to pay for some of the shipping expenses myself.
