Well because of the size, I will actually send it in a yellow envelope/package. The card is is fastened to is bigger than a letter envelope. I can't ship to Canada because it is too expensive. Sorry :(

I believe it is water-proof. I received it as a gift. This company has hit it big and started out at Wal-Mart from my understanding, I have so many black-eyelines..this would go bad before my other ran out! LOL Thanks for looking!
