Please give at least 7-14 days AFTER I mail them out to you, for you to probably expect them since the mail service has been slow lately. I can't rush the mail service; but at times I wish I could! lol Once it leaves my house, I'm not responsible for it. If it happens to get lost from my house to yours, I will not refund your credits. I've had way too many people state that they haven't received their items when I know good and well that I have sent stuff out.. (AND I have the receipt to prove it was mailed!) ;-)
I do understand that things happen *during* mailing, but that is out of my control.
