I would LOVE to bid on this! But I can't because Listia has decided to punish me in case I do something wrong in the future. They may decide to do that to you too after you give away this ipod!

They said since I "consistently give away high credit value items" that I may decide to "commit fraud in the future".

I am not kidding here. That is exactly what Listia said word for word after they finally answered me. I spent many days not knowing what was going on and when they FINALLY answered me that's what they said.

My credits are all pending and I can't bid on your ipod because I'm being punished for a future mistake I didn't even know I was going to make.

They do this to me after I've completed hundreds of transactions and have a 100% feedback. I thought that's what feedback was for....so we could prove we are trustworthy.
