This is an HTC Evo 4G SPRINT smartphone! I purchased this phone brand new about 7 months ago. I dropped it a few days ago and the screen now has multiple large and small cracks :( Despite the cracks, the phone still works like nothing ever happened! The cracks do not effect the touch screen or the functionality of the phone in any way.

There is no contract attached to this phone and it has a clean ESN.

It comes with the original box, manual, and 2GB SD card. I will not be sending the charger as I need it for my other phone. However, I may have an extra USB cord that I can throw in, which can act like a car charger as long as you have the usb port..you can also use it to charge the phone through your computer.

I'm not sure..I haven't looked into fixing it. I have to go to Sprint tomorrow....I can check with them and let you know what they say...other than that, I have no idea where you would go to fix it

no, there is no front facing camera...only the normal rear camera

I have this EXACT phone, and have been looking for a replacement (because I have dropped it so many times it's brain damaged). That's crazy that the screen broke, because it's supposed to be shatter proof glass. That's why I have a cover...been dropped who knows how many times but still works! Good luck!

yes I dropped it. It was sitting in my lap and I totally forgot about it when I got out of the car. It didn't drop far, but apparently far enough!

I DID have the sprint protection plan through Best Buy..however, my husband cancelled it about a month ago!!

This phone can be flashed and rooted to work on boost mobile as long as you have a 3g boost mobile phone (I did it with mine using a Samsung incognito) boost can't tell the difference . I can still use all the features . I can even use the WiFi hotspot without paying extra for it like sprint makes you do . The site to flash and root is called mik mik .
