The over all condition of this book is GOOD (I rate it a 8) as it has never been opened to read, pages are fresh and crisp. This book had something happen with it to cause damage to just the inside of back cover only as you can see in photo's 7 and 8. Front cover of lower right side looks a bit rough. There are 168 pages in this book.
