this is a very cute skirt i wish i could fit it. but unfortunately no :(

it is 26" in the waist and 20" in the length.

goes very good with a cute black tank top. :)

It should be a size 5 Juniors going on the waist size given. For the length you will have to measure from your waist down 20 inches to see where it hits on you...
