Special First Day of Issue card! Special in that, this isn't the usual envelope cover. These are made on hard stock, and made for framing, or for special presentation in an album. The cards are 6" X 9". The artwork cachet is slightly raised, to give it a "framed" look. Each card has a brief history about the stamp printed on the back. Made by Fleetwood, a major producer of First Day Covers. Top quality stuff!This particular First Day of Issue is about Jerome Kern...celebrating Performing Arts USA...from 1985....and is a 22¢ stamp. This card has a slight crease on the right side.
