This Lindbergh cover is postmarked from Long Beach CALIF, 1927, duplex cancel 1" and on the backside New York NY with ADDRESS YOUR MAIL TO STREET AND NUMBER cancel. Previous owner might have been trying to sell as you can see the post-it.
2nd cover has a great "Map and Mail Planes" 10 cent blue airmail stamps, postmarked San Juan Puerto Rico 1939, with what appears to be written 2.00 on backside.
1931 Hartford CONN postmark with 5 cent purple winged globe stamp on an airmail envelope inside clear plastic sleeve which will be sent inside, 2.00 written by hand on backside.
Two, 6 cent airmail, 1942 postmark from De Soto Sta. #4 duplex cancel on a Hotel Peabody envelope.
US Army Postal Service 1945 postmark with Postage Due of 6 cents, which has been added on 6 cent airmail Postal stationary envelope.
American Base A.P.O. 1943 postmark on airmail envelope with two different "Passed by Army Examiner" stamped and "Opened by US Censor" plus Willamina OREG postmark and duplex 1 on backside.
Cancel reads GIVE + RED CROSS WAR FUND on 1943 postmark with foreign language stamped in red on front upper right plus backside has either interesting writing or symbols or gibberish.
No GIN on this one!
