Another pretty summer blouse I wore once, but the color tone doesn't work on me. Like new, cost $60, in excellent shape, I've taken photos of all the relevant details. Colors are true - I edited them to make sure you could see the warm tones.

This has an empire-type waistline, so the very thin elastic goes under the bust. It also has an ultra feminine tie front.
The material is sheer and stretchy, really lovely for wearing with a cami or tank, or maybe even as a cover-up. In one picture you can see how semi-sheer it is - my red geranium is behind it :)

empire elastic waist under bust: 20" (40" total)
hemline: 30" (60" total)
sleeve length from shoulder: 19"
elastic above sleeve ruffle: 6.5" (13" total), stretches up to 11" comfortably (22" total)
across bust (armpit to armpit): 24", 48" total
length from top of shoulder to hem: 32"
