it's an intensive moisturizer the longer you leave it in the better the results. sometimes i leave it in overnight and rinse out in the morning and my hair is really soft!!!!!

i use this and it is incredible , the thing that's hard to get use to is it doesn't lather like a shampoo but it works better then any i have tried before , love this stuff
