I was given 2 of these and thought it was one of the best things I have found for keeping my cell phone in place and handy in the vehicle. This one is still in the sealed package. The color is black leather look. There is some company advertising on it but not all over just on the bottom.

No it does not use any kind of glue, adhesive, tape etc. it just self sticks to your dash, you can just pick it up and move or clean it at any time then put it back
