The waist is fully elastic, so it stretches like no one's business. If I get home from work before the auction ends, I will post the measurements as best I can.

In reply to both Rockn and Michellemurray28: The length of the skirt from the top of the waistband to the hem is 17.5". The waistband is 2.5" thick. Laying FLAT and unstretched, The waist starting size is 29.5". However, my waist is 34.5" and this fit. The label size states Large. Hope this helps.
