This item is good for jogging, walking, or any other use so that you nano does not fall out of the case. It keeps very safe even if you drop it. Also in the inside were you touch the ipod does not have any plastic, which gets dirty and you'll not be able to see the screen. I hate that. I usually cut those plastic liners out when they become dirty or cloudy, because you can't see what your looking for on the screen.
