The listing, Tattoo Ink Cups has ended.

This is something that was purchased for me as a gift for a beginner to practice/start out with but I never had the time to learn how to use it. I don’t know a thing about the product other than the basics. Other than these are the ink cups.

Passing it along for free, who would be able to use it!

I am not sure, it does not specify on the package. Again, I know nothing about the product but I do know that the cups fit inside most standard ink trays (if this is what it is called).
