The second picture above looks like it's just a layer of glitter on the nail, but there's more to it. The color doesn't become a frost, it becomes a pearl finish. Very hard to explain!

It actually is kind of cool.It puts a nice pearlized finish on to a matte finish without changing the color. I'll try to post a picture of what it does on my own hand as soon as I can. Natural light is best, so I'll probably wait until the morning.
