This is a Straight Talk Samsung 340 phone. There is nothing wrong with the phone I just upgraded. I will send a charger with it too. All you need to do to activate it is go to Walmart and buy a 30 or 45 dollar straight talk card and call the number on the back. Make sure you choose the option Activate with A New Number, so you can make sure the number is for you area!!

It has one in it. I am sending it too but it will be deactivated. All you will need to do is follow the instruction I put in the description to activate.

Straight talk is a walmart based prepaid cell phone service. The $45 card comes with unlimited talk and text and it provides data so you can get on the internet.

Does it require the sim? Or did you just have one? Most straight talk phones don't need a sim? I am asking because I cannot use a sim in my area either.
