No Not Exactly ! It Is A 1st Printing Of A High Definition Comic Book That Features The Storyline As Well As Graphics Which Were Printed Just 30 Years Ago !

I think this is a reprint due to the grey boarders. Also they made collectible cards like this too I think

No It Is Not A Reprint Exactly ! The Graphics For This Very Collectible Issue Were Printed Just 30 Years Ago However The Storyline Is As Originally Published In May Of 1939 !

It is a famous 1st edition from the limited collector's mint series but not an original 1st printing issue which had been published in may, 1939 !
